Toronto Public Health Flu Vaccination Clinic
The flu virus can spread by from an infected person talking, coughing, sneezing. A person can pass on the virus before they show symptoms of being sick.
Toronto Public Health is offering free flu vaccination at Thistletown Multi-Service Centre on Friday November 4th, from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Healthy children ages 2 to 17 have a choice of flu shot or nasal spray.
Six steps to staying healthy this winter:
1. Get your flu shot early
2. Wash your hands often
3. Avoid touching your eyes and face
4. Cover your cough or sneeze
5. Do not share drinking cups and utensils
