Capacity Building and Organizational Development in the Settlement and Community Service Sectors
Ontario Council of Agencies Serving Immigrants (OCASI)
OCASI was established to act as a collective voice for agencies that serve immigrants, to improve services provided to immigrants in Ontario, and to coordinate responses to shared needs and concerns within the sector.
The Ontario Council of Agencies Serving Immigrants launched this initiative to strengthen capacity and accountability in Ontario’s immigrant- and refugee-serving sector through the development and implementation of voluntary organizational standards and related capacity building tools for agencies.
