Between 2009 and 2012, Citizenship and Immigration Canada funded neighbourhood-based Local Immigration Partnerships in seventeen areas of Toronto. In 2012, the neighbourhood LIPs were consolidated into regional (quadrant) LIPs.
Four of these neighbourhood LIPs were amalgamated to form the Toronto West LIP.
Below are reports from local research conducted by the neighbourhood LIPs, as well as their locally-developed strategies and action plans:
York South-Weston LIP
Black Creek LIP
North Etobicoke LIP
Central-South Etobicoke LIP
